Overview
This policy explains refunds, replacements, and returns for Livora food supplements purchased
from Quezrionshar.world. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Mandatory consumer rights in your country (including Australia and, where
applicable, Austria and other EEA states) prevail over any conflicting wording below.
Australia
If you are in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”) gives you
guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be
entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. For

EU and Austria
If you are a consumer in the EEA or Austria, distance-selling
rules (Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented nationally) may give you a 14-day right of
withdrawal from the contract for online purchases, subject to exceptions. Sealed
food supplements may lose the right of withdrawal once unsealed after delivery if hygiene or
health protection requires it. Where withdrawal applies, we refund payments within statutory
time limits after we receive the goods back or proof of return.
For defective goods, Austrian and EU consumer sales law (including conformity
guarantees under Directive (EU) 2019/771) may entitle you to repair, replacement, price
reduction, or contract termination. Contact us first with your order details and photos if
applicable.
Change of mind
Where no statutory remedy requires otherwise, we may offer change-of-mind returns for
unopened Livora products in original packaging within fourteen calendar
days of delivery, subject to hygiene rules for ingestible products. Opened food
supplements may not qualify unless they are faulty. If we approve a change-of-mind return, we
may refund the product price excluding outbound shipping unless we expressly offered free
returns for your order.
Faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, materially different from what you purchased, or
short-shipped, contact us promptly with your order reference and clear photographs of the outer
carton and affected units. We will arrange a remedy consistent with applicable law, which may
include prepaid return labels where we are at fault.
How to request a return

with your full name, delivery address, order or invoice number, and a short description of the
issue. For faulty goods, include images. Wait for written instructions before returning
high-value shipments so we can provide the correct address and reference number.
Refund timing
Once we receive a returned item or approve a refund without return, we inspect where needed and
process refunds to the original payment method within approximately ten business
days, or sooner where applicable law requires (including the ACL and EU or Austrian
consumer rules where they apply). Banks may take additional days to post credits.
Return shipping
Where we are not required to pay return postage under applicable law, you may be responsible for
return courier costs for change-of-mind returns. Use trackable shipping and keep proof of
postage until your refund is confirmed.
International orders
Customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees paid to third parties may not be refundable through us.
Return eligibility may depend on local regulations and carrier rules. Contact us before shipping
internationally so we can confirm the correct procedure.
